Nature of Contract Permanent FTE Salary PO4, scp 35-38, £46,142 - £49,282 (pay award pending) Actual Salary £46,142 - £49,282, based on 37 hours per week Working Hours Full time, 37 per week We are seeking an experienced and credible HR professional to join our People Services team as a People Partner. This is a key role within the Trust, working in partnership with leaders to deliver high-quality, consistent and impactful people practices that support excellent educational outcomes. We are looking for a dedicated individual who can: Act as a trusted People Partner to senior leaders, providing expert HR advice and constructive challenge Lead and support complex employee relations matters, ensuring consistency, compliance and effective risk management Drive organisational change, including restructures, TUPE and growth activity, ensuring legal compliance and positive engagement Deliver a high-quality, responsive People Service, managing operational delivery and continuous improvement Support leadership capability, workforce planning and organisational effectiveness across the Trust Use workforce data and insight to identify trends, risks and opportunities for improvement.
