ICT Technician

About the role: We have enormous ambition for our pupils and are looking for a knowledgeable and reliable ICT Technician with a proactive approach and a passion for supporting our school community. Working within the Business Team under the ICT Manager, you will provide technical support to staff, maintain hardware and software, and help ensure the smooth and secure day-to-day running of ICT systems across our three campuses.

You will have:

Knowledge and practical experience of ICT operating systems and networking Experience of configuring, installing and testing hardware, software and related equipment A good understanding of cybersecurity and data protection Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to explain solutions clearly to non-technical users A patient, methodical approach, excellent customer service skills and the ability to manage competing priorities independently and as part of a team If you feel you have the right skills and experience for this role, please submit your application form as set out below.
