Inclusion Support Worker

We are looking for an Inclusion Support Worker who will embody our values of ambition,resiliance, responsibility and respect. You will also have high aspirations for students, be committed and passionate about learning, with the skills, patience and determination to make a significant difference to the lives of our students and support them to live up to our motto, ‘Be your best self’. This is a permanent full time contract of 37 hours per week, term time only (including training days). Our school ambition focuses on developing a culture whereby all students can achieve highly and will be supported whatever their background or ability. This relies on providing learning and teaching of the highest possible quality to engage, enthuse and motivate.
