About the role

We are looking for someone who:

Is reliable, highly motivated and self-driven. Has relevant experience and qualifications as an IT Technician. Shares our commitment to ensuring that all our young people receive the best possible education in a supportive environment. Works effectively with minimal supervision and takes initiative. Is a strong team player with excellent communication and customer service skills. Demonstrates a proactive approach to completing scheduled tasks and resolving support tickets. Can identify additional tasks when appropriate and seek help when needed. Maintains a positive, professional attitude at all times.
