Are you an enthusiastic and dedicated Early Years practitioner looking to join a supportive and nurturing school community? We are seeking to appoint an outstanding FS1 Teacher or Early Years Lead Practitioner to join our team on a full-time fixed-term contract, with the potential for the role to become permanent. This is an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact within our Early Years provision and help our youngest learners develop a love of learning from the very beginning of their educational journey. We welcome, as part of our team, a self-motivated and enthusiastic practitioner who is committed to delivering exceptional Early Years education and has high aspirations for all children. Is an excellent classroom practitioner with high expectations for all children. Has a strong understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage. Can create an engaging, nurturing and stimulating learning environment. Is passionate about child development and early learning. Provides high-quality learning opportunities through both adult-led and child-initiated experiences. Can effectively assess children's progress and adapt provision to meet their needs. Builds strong relationships with children, families and colleagues. Is inspirational, creative and enthusiastic. Demonstrates excellent behaviour management and promotes positive relationships. Contributes fully to the wider life of the school. For applicants interested in the Early Years Lead Practitioner role, we are particularly looking for someone who can: Lead and further develop the vision for Early Years across the school. Support colleagues in delivering outstanding Early Years practice. Promote high-quality provision, assessment and curriculum development. Work collaboratively with leaders to secure strong outcomes for children. Is qualified to Level 6 in Early Years or Early Years Teacher Status
