Coppice Performing Arts School Lead Practitioner Maths Leadership Scale (depending on experience and effectiveness) Coppice is a highly effective school within the Central Learning Partnership Trust. We are unrelenting in our determination to provide the highest quality learning experiences for our students. We have a joint Sixth Form offering Maths A Level and it is a popular choice at post 16. We are seeking to appoint a talented and creative Mathematician to the post of Lead Practitioner within the school. This is an exciting opportunity providing enormous scope to support and further develop the work of the existing team and to also work as professional partners, sharing best practice and improvement strategies across all three secondary schools within the trust. This position is aimed at an energetic and innovative practitioner to work as an effective team player to ensure the highest standards and expectations in teaching, learning and leadership. The Lead Practitioner needs to be creative, highly motivated and independently minded, with the capacity to enthuse and inspire young people and colleagues. The position of Lead Practitioner is an exciting opportunity to have a central responsibility for developing, leading and directing learning experiences for young people and professional development opportunities for trainee and experienced teachers.
