Who We Are Looking For Someone with drive, professionalism and commitment to developing coaching skills. Excellent communicator who can build rapport with participants, staff, and stakeholders. Able to work independently and as part of a team. Organised and reflective; able to learn from feedback and continuously improve. We are looking for: kindness, patience and warmth someone with strong emotional intelligence a positive influence - someone who brings out the best in children someone who is organised, committed and reliable a supportive, collaborative team player good communication and language skills a teacher or coach who can drive and inspire success, progress and fun
