JOB TITLE: Learning Mentor BASE: Tinsley Meadows Primary Academy EMPLOYER: Five Rivers Multi Academy Trust CONTRACT: Permanent HOURS: 37 hours per week WEEKS PER YEAR: 41 weeks per year (inc 2 weeks non-term time) GRADE / SALARY: Grade 5 Pt 15 £30,024 - £32,597 (Pro Rata- £27,149 - £29,475) CLOSING DATE: 11 th September 2026 - Midday SHORTLISTING: 11 th September 2026 INTERVIEW DATE: W/C Monday 14 th September 2026 Tinsley Meadows Primary Academy are seeking to appoint a highly motivated Learning Mentor who can work confidently and passionately with our children and families. As part of the role, you will work closely with pupils to provide support and guidance while removing barriers to learning in order to support pupils to succeed. Tinsley Meadows Primary Academy is part of Five Rivers Multi Academy Trust which has outcomes for children at the forefront of its vision. We have a vast amount of experience in supporting all children to make good progress and develop an interest in learning which lays a solid foundation for a happy, safe and successful future as well-rounded individuals. We view curriculum with a wide lens to ensure our children are developed academically, creatively and emotionally.
