Job description

You will ideally have: Experience supporting children or young people with autism and additional needs Strong communication and relationship-building skills A calm, nurturing and positive approach Good behaviour management skills with a relational focus An understanding of inclusive and personalised learning approaches Good organisation and time management skills GCSEs (or equivalent Level 2 qualifications) including English and Maths Desirable criteria: A Level 3 or SEND-related qualification Experience supporting pupils working below age-related expectations Experience working with vulnerable or at-risk children Experience supporting intimate care Knowledge of partnership or community working
