About the role

Job Purpose: To support the learning, development, and well-being of all pupils, including those with complex educational needs and/or disabilities (SEND), ensuring an inclusive, nurturing, and supportive environment. This role also incorporates a Midday Assistant role, where you will take care and control of all the children on the school premises during the lunch break. You will: Share our commitment to building great learning communities for our pupils Support the vision and values of our school Inspire pupils with a passion for learning Have an understanding of specific learning needs and styles to adapt teaching to support all pupils Have the ability to plan effectively to enable multi-tasking Have a desire to help all pupils succeed Have compassion towards the needs of the pupils. Have the ability to exchange verbal information clearly and sensitively with pupils and adults Have the ability to work with a range of colleagues Work collaboratively across the school The successful candidate will be part of a positive environment, with dedicated and supportive colleagues who strive for excellence.
