Job description

We are looking for a colleague who has: Working at or towards the competency standards for Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA). Learning Support Assistant Level 2 qualification or equivalent. Awareness of policy, procedures, and legislation relating to child protection, health and safety, and the SEND Code of Practice. Ability to empathise with the needs of children and in particular able to establish positive relationships with pupils. Abilityto consistently and effectively implement agreed behaviour management strategies.
