Job description

Understanding of relevant polices/codes of practice and awareness of relevant legislation To have had previous experience of working in a School Ability to communicate effectively To have GCSE or equivalent Maths and English Good general standard of education Will be empathetic to the diverse needs and abilities that some of our most challenging students have Understanding of the principles of inclusion in a mainstream school Must be well organised Have the ability to prioritise your workload to ensure that deadlines are met Have the ability to work on your own initiative and work within a team environment is key
