About the role

Our School and Trust:

Opening in 2016 to Year 7 and having welcomed our first Year 13s in September 2022 The Charter School East Dulwich is an oversubscribed, fully inclusive, diverse, mixed 11-18 comprehensive.

Access for all to high quality Teaching and Learning is a priority, with our Year 11 and 13 cohorts excelling and achieving well above national average.

Staff and senior leaders bring energy and motivation to the school to ensure standards of excellence, and a culture where all students and staff are given breadth of opportunity and are valued. We focus on a research based, impactful approach to school improvement.

As part of The Charter School Educational Trust we benefit from The Charles Dickens Research School, The London South Teaching Hub and working with a team of schools committed to excellence in education in South-East London.

We are looking for a colleague who:

Is a skilled, versatile and hardworking colleague with a passion for delivering an excellent SEND provision to students across Years 7 to 11.

Consistently models excellent practice and has students progress and personal development at the core of their professional motivation

Wants an exciting opportunity to work in a vibrant, diverse and growing organisation.

Is keen to work collaboratively within the wider SEND team.
