Salary Grade E1 £24,250 (Actual) 35 hours per week (08:30 - 16:00), 39 weeks per annum Required ASAP Closing date: 9am Friday 18th September 2026 Interviews: Will be required to attend two days 24th and 25th September 2026 This is an exciting opportunity for a Learning Support Assistant to join our thriving, successful and happy school. We are looking for: Positive, hardworking, and committed members of staff Experience of working in a school setting, ideally with supporting children with Complex Needs, ASC or SEMH Willingness to make a difference and contribute to the overall ethos, aims and work of the school Duties will include: Helping pupils achieve the best of themselves, promoting self-esteem and independence Working with the Class Teacher to deliver a curriculum which has been designed to support the needs of an individual child, this could be supporting pupils individually or in groups Promote high standards of behaviour In return: We are committed to supporting our staff with continuous professional development, opportunities to work with our mainstream partners, supervision with our trained Psychotherapist and access to our wellbeing support services. All posts are exempt from the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974. The successful applicant will be expected to undertake an Enhanced DBS check. The Governors take child protection extremely seriously and all references offered will be followed up.
