Learning Support Assistant (LSA) Permanent, 37.5 hours a week, term-time +3 weeks Starting As Soon As Possible FTE: £25,185 - £25,989 per annum Pro Rata: £23,074 - £24,246 per annum, including an allowance for holiday pay We have an exciting opportunity to join our thriving and growing SEND Department offering variety and flexibility in your working day City Academy Norwich is seeking enthusiastic and committed individuals to join our expanding SEND Department. This is an exciting opportunity to support students with a wide range of needs and contribute to a nurturing, inclusive environment where every learner can thrive. Vision and Purpose of the Role Provide adaptive and personalised learning support for students with diverse needs. Build positive relationships with students, colleagues, families, and external professionals. Model the school’s values and high expectations. Contribute to a caring, safe, and ambitious learning environment. Role Overview Learning Support Assistants play a vital part in delivering high-quality SEND provision across the Academy. Deployment may include: In-class support Small-group or 1:1 interventions Working within specialist Nurture classrooms, the Cognition & Learning Base, or the SEMH Base Applications are welcomed from aspiring teachers or those seeking to develop a career in education or the public sector.
