Learning Support Assistant Salary ( actual): £19,048 - £19,632 Grade: 3 SCP: 5 - 7 Hours: 30 hours per week, Monday to Friday Work Pattern: term time + 5 inset days - 39 weeks

We are seeking a Learning Support Assistant (LSA) who shares our commitment to improving children's lives and holds high expectations for themselves, colleagues, and pupils. The role involves providing essential in-class support, leading targeted interventions to drive rapid academic progress, and actively fostering excellent behaviour for learning. The ideal candidate is proactive, possesses effective communication skills, and demonstrates a genuine passion for working with children. Prior experience in a school setting is desirable.
