About the role

We are looking to appoint a dedicated and enthusiastic Nursery Support Staff member to join our experienced and friendly team . The ideal candidate will have a passion for early childhood education and commitment to fostering a nurturing and stimulating environment . You will work alongside the nursery team to ensure every child receives high quality care , is kept safe , and enjoys rich , stimulating play experiences tailored to their individual needs . The working hours for this role are Monday, 12.45pm - 6.15pm and Tuesday and Thursday, 7.45am - 6.15pm (25.5 hours per week).

The successful candidate must demonstrate the following:

Experience working in a nursery or with children aged 0 5 is desirable A basic understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage ( EYFS ) A commitment to ensuring that all our children can be the best they can be Be confident, able to work one to one and deal with challenging situations A desire and ability to contribute fully to school life and work effectively as part of a team Have high expectations of self and others Forward thinking and dynamic Possess excellent interpersonal skills
