Job description

Advanced level qualifications, including English (or equivalent) Experience of employment related to education of young people and learning resources Experience of working with own initiative and minimum supervision Previous experience in handling data Excellent interpersonal skills Good communication involving oral, written and IT skills Ability to self motivate and motivate a team Knowledge of issues relating to current learning environments and styles Calm and able to work in busy environments and to short deadlines Confidential and tactful Responsible and reliable Patient and assertive Committed to the support and development of young people Able to be flexible in working patterns Enhanced DBS clearance
