About the role

​ Hales Valley Multi Academy Trust is a primary academy trust, based in Dudley, West Midlands. The Role - Lunchtime Supervisor HVT Vacancy Reference: HVT0798 Are you looking for a role that offers an excellent work-life balance, with school holidays off? If so, this could be the perfect opportunity for you! We are seeking a caring and reliable Lunchtime Supervisor to join our team. This is a permanent, term-time only position, working 7.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, for 38 weeks per year. As a Lunchtime Supervisor, you will play an important role in ensuring the safety, welfare and wellbeing of our pupils during the lunchtime period. You will help create a positive, safe and enjoyable environment by supervising children both indoors and outdoors, encouraging positive behaviour, and supporting pupils as they eat and play. We are looking for someone who is patient, approachable and dependable, with the ability to communicate effectively with both children and colleagues. You will be expected to follow school procedures and instructions, promote high standards of behaviour, and treat all pupils fairly, consistently and with respect.
