About the role

The Role

As a Lunchtime Supervisory Assistant, you will:

Supervise pupils during lunchtime in the dining hall and playground

Encourage positive behaviour and safe play

Support children with their meals where necessary

Help maintain a calm, inclusive, and enjoyable environment

Follow school policies on safeguarding, health, and safety

The Ideal Candidate

You will:

Enjoy working with children

Be calm, patient, and approachable

Have good communication and teamwork skills

Be reliable and able to follow school procedures

Be proactive in your role to organise games and activities on the playground

Be able to support children with friendship issues

Be able to support children with first aid when required

Experience working with

children is desirable but not essential, as training will be provided
