Job description

This post is to support the Lunchtime Supervisory team to supervise pupils in the school dining room, school playground and throughout the school premises during the lunchtime period. You will also manage pupils behaviour and wellbeing. This post will suit candidates who are highly motivated, are able to relate well to children and able to effectively supervise children independently or as part of a team. The successful candidate will be joining a like-minded and friendly school team. As part of the Owlcotes Multi Academy Trust, we have access to a network of Lead Practitioners who are equipped to support the successful candidate in developing their career. The successful applicant will undergo an enhanced DBS check prior to employment and will abide by Owlcotes Multi Academy Trust’s policies and procedures and Spring Bank Primary School safeguarding and child protection policies. Prior to employment, the successful candidate will be subject to the receipt of two satisfactory references, medical clearance, a check of the ISA barred list, prohibition order and DBS Enhanced Disclosure, verification of identity and eligibility to work in the UK as well as verification of qualifications and professional status where applicable. The successful candidate will abide by Owlcotes Multi-Academy Trust’s policies and procedures and Spring Bank Primary School’s safeguarding and child protection policies.
