We are excited to offer a fantastic opportunity to join our caring and dedicated team as a Lunchtime Supervisor , helping to create a happy, safe and welcoming environment where our children can enjoy their lunchtime and thrive as part of our school community. We are seeking a Lunchtime Supervisor who is friendly, reliable, and committed to helping children feel safe and happy during their lunch breaks. This role is vital to supporting pupils' social development and maintaining a positive, respectful atmosphere throughout the lunchtime period. Key Responsibilities Supervise children during lunch in the dining hall and playground Encourage good manners, healthy eating, and positive behaviour Ensure children are safe, engaged, and included in play activities Assist with basic first aid and resolving minor issues or disagreements Help maintain cleanliness and tidiness in lunch areas Could this be you? Enjoys working with children and being part of a team Has a calm, caring, and approachable manner Is reliable, punctual, and able to use initiative Understands the importance of safeguarding and child well-being Previous experience in a school or childcare setting is helpful, but not essential Why join us?
