About the role

Join our team as a lunchtime supervisor! We are looking for a dedicated and friendly lunchtime supervisor to support children during the busy lunchtime period. This role involves supervising pupils in the dining hall and playground, ensuring their safety, wellbeing, and positive behaviour. You’ll help children develop social skills, encourage positive play and create a welcoming lunchtime environment. This is the perfect position for anyone seeking school‑based work experience, a part‑time term‑time job, or a rewarding role that fits around family life. Closing date: 9 October 2026 Interview date: Monday 12th October 2026 Start date : Monday 2nd November 2026 Contract : 6 month fixed term, maternity cover until 31 August 2027 or earlier if post holder returns Hours : 6 hours and 40 minutes per week (Monday to Friday 11.50 - 13.10), term time only Actual salary : £4,038.04
