Lunchtime Supervisor Start Date: ASAP following all relevant checks Salary: Grade 2 (Pro rata £5,673 - £5,854 / 44.85 weeks / 10 hours per week - 11.45am to 1.45pm) Penn Fields School is a trauma-informed setting dedicated to creating a safe, supportive environment for all students. We are seeking a caring and reliable Lunchtime Supervisor to join our team and help make lunchtimes a positive experience for every child. About the Role As a Lunchtime Supervisor, you will: Supervise students during lunch and playtimes, ensuring safety and wellbeing. Promote positive behaviour and inclusion across all age groups. Support students with social interaction and independence. Assist with personal care needs where required. Work closely with staff to maintain a calm, nurturing environment. What We’re Looking For A friendly, patient, and proactive approach. Ability to build positive relationships with students and staff. Commitment to safeguarding and promoting student welfare.
