About the role

Bring your Maths expertise, initiative and ideas to a setting where personalised teaching helps young people reconnect with learning.

What we are looking for A qualified teacher with QTS, strong maths knowledge and evidence of effective teaching, including GCSE and the ability to support A-level mathematics.

A proactive subject leader who can set priorities, follow through on improvements and work with limited direction.

An innovative practitioner who creates engaging learning, evaluates what works and adapts approaches to improve pupils’ progress and confidence.

A teacher who maintains high expectations while adapting lessons for interrupted education, SEND, physical illness, mental health needs, and EBSNA.
