About the Role

As a Midday Assistant, you’ll play a key role in supporting pupils with complex needs during the lunchtime period. You’ll help create a safe, inclusive, and engaging environment—supporting mealtime routines, encouraging social interaction, and assisting with personal care where needed. This is a rewarding opportunity to contribute to the wellbeing and development of our pupils in a meaningful way. What You’ll Be Doing Supervising pupils during lunch in the dining hall, playground, and across the school Assisting with feeding programmes and personal care needs Encouraging positive behaviour and independence Supporting play activities and pupil engagement Escorting pupils safely around the school Promoting health, safety, and safeguarding at all times We are dedicated to providing a comprehensive induction and continuing professional development opportunities to support our candidates to be successful and thrive in their career at our school.
