What We're Looking For: A calm and positive demeanour with children Enthusiasm and a team-player attitude Flexibility and willingness to adapt Previous experience is a plus, but not essential Ability to manage and organise daily routines Your Role: Supervise pupils in the dining hall and playground areas Coordinate the midday supervisor team ensuring a safe environment Act as a role model and provide support and guidance to colleagues Ensure a safe and enjoyable lunchtime for all pupils Be caring, hardworking, and open to training Most importantly, have a genuine love for working with children Main Purpose of the Role: In your role as a Midday Supervisor Lead, you will supervise pupils in the dining hall and playground areas, ensuring a safe and enjoyable lunchtime for all. You will support, guide, and coordinate Midday Supervisors, helping to maintain a consistent approach to behaviour management and safeguarding procedures. You should be caring, hardworking, and open to training, with a genuine love for working with children. Organisation: Take charge of supervising pupils in designated areas. Organise midday meals ensuring positive environment for all children Assist with daily decisions on pupil use areas, such as during wet lunchtimes.
