Job description

St Michael’s C of E Academy is seeking a caring, proactive Midday Supervisor to help create a safe, calm and joyful lunchtime experience for our pupils. You’ll play a vital part in supporting children’s wellbeing, encouraging positive behaviour and nurturing inclusion across both indoor and outdoor spaces. Working closely with our friendly MDS team, you’ll uphold our Christian values, model kindness and respect, and contribute to a lunchtime environment where every child feels secure, supported and ready to learn. This role offers strong professional development, a welcoming school community and the chance to make a meaningful impact every day.
