About the role

We are seeking a caring, reliable and enthusiasticLunchtime Supervisor to join our friendly team. This important role helps ensure that all pupils have a safe, happy and enjoyable lunchtime experience. Main duties will include Supervising pupils in the dining hall, playground and other designated areas. Encouraging positive behaviour and promoting the school's values. Assisting children during mealtimes where necessary. Organising and encouraging safe play activities. Supporting pupils' wellbeing and ensuring their safety at all times. Reporting any accidents, incidents or concerns in line with school procedures. The successful candidate will: Enjoy working with children and helping them thrive. Be patient, approachable and caring. Have good communication and interpersonal skills. Be able to work effectively as part of a team. Demonstrate reliability and a commitment to safeguarding children. Previous experience working with children would be beneficial but is not essential, as training will be provided.
