Lead Midday Supervisor Grade C1, £6,857.47 actual salary Part time, Permanent 11.25 hours per week, 39 weeks per year St Mary’s is a part of the Inspiring Futures through Learning, Multi-Academy Trust. We are seeking a proactive and enthusiastic Lead Midday Supervisor to lead our lunchtime supervision team and help create a safe, positive, and enjoyable environment for pupils during lunch time. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working with children, can confidently lead a team, and is committed to supporting pupil wellbeing and behaviour.

Aim and main purpose of the role:

Lead and supervise the midday team, ensuring effective staffing and lunchtime supervision arrangements. Promote a safe, positive and inclusive environment for pupils during lunch and playtimes. Support pupils' wellbeing, behaviour and safeguarding, responding appropriately to incidents and concerns. Encourage healthy eating and positive social interactions within the dining hall. Organise and support recreational and physical activities that enhance pupils' lunchtime experience.
