Midday Supervisor

Part-time, permanent, term time only Hours: Monday to Friday, 11.30am to 1pm, 7 hrs 30 mins Salary : Actual Salary £4,336/annum Start Date : September 2026 Alder Grove Church of England Primary School is a new school in Shinfield, Wokingham which opened in September 2020. We are now looking to recruit a two new Lunchtime Controllers. The role involves: The provision of a safe and happy lunch time environment for all staff and pupils. Duties include supervising pupils while they eat their lunch; encouraging healthy choices and ensuring pupils are safe and engaged in purposeful play. Previous experience in a similar role would be an advantage. The successful applicant should have: excellent communication skills with young children the ability to work under your own initiative as well as part of an established team the ability to organise and teach children to play games. first aid qualification or be willing to undertake first aid training Visits to the school are welcomed and encouraged.
