Job description

We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic, flexible and committed Midday Meals Supervisor, to join our team in our welcoming and friendly Primary School in Kingswood, Surrey. This is a temporary role to cover a period of staff sickness and is expected to end on Friday 18 December 2026. The successful candidate will: Have good interpersonal skills Enjoy working with children and be able to show initiative Be committed to providing children with high quality and enjoyable lunchtime experience Have high expectations, together with caring attitude and flexibility Know how to provide the children with a safe and secure environment In addition you will: Have lots of energy and patience Demonstrate good communication skills Have a positive, hardworking attitude Be able to work effectively within a committed team Be committed to inclusion and equality of opportunity We can offer: A dedicated and friendly team of professional teachers and support staff An excellent staff assistance programme with access to wellbeing and health initiatives, including counselling, physiotherapy, menopause and weight management support Onsite parking Pension Scheme Hours of work: 1 hours per day, 5 days per week, over 38 weeks per annum (term time only). In accordance with Keeping Children Safe in Education, online checks will also be completed on all candidates shortlisted for interview.
