The Role

We are looking for a caring, responsible and reliable Midday Supervisor to join our school team and support pupils during their lunchtime and midday break.

Hours: 11:30 - 13:45 Mon-Fri Term Time Only

The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising pupils who have an earlier lunch, helping to ensure that they are safe, well cared for and supported throughout this period. Key Responsibilities Supervise pupils during their lunchtime and midday break.

Promote positive behaviour and ensure pupils follow school expectations.

Monitor pupils to ensure their safety and general welfare.

Help create a calm, safe and positive environment for pupils.

Report any concerns relating to pupil welfare, behaviour or safety to the appropriate member of staff.

Follow on duties after mainstream support is to supervise pupils in the Resource Base during their playtime, which may include personal care.
