Network Manager

Key Responsibilities Manage, maintain and develop a secure, reliable and high-performing IT network infrastructure. Monitor network performance, carrying out preventative maintenance, system upgrades, regular audits and capacity planning to ensure business continuity. Plan and implement network improvements that support current operational needs and future growth. Diagnose and resolve complex network issues, ensuring minimal disruption to users and services. Evaluate, recommend and implement new technologies that enhance network performance, security and resilience. Maintain accurate technical documentation, including network configurations, procedures and support information. Communicate planned maintenance, upgrades and network changes to ensure users are kept informed. Ensure all network systems comply with safeguarding, confidentiality, data protection and relevant statutory and organisational requirements.
