About the role

About HEART Academies Trust HEART Academies Trust formed in 2017 and currently consists of one secondary school, Bedford Academy and five partner primary schools, Cauldwell School, Goldington Green Academy, Shackleton Primary, Shortstown Primary and Wilstead Primary. Main Duties Include

To provide safe, high quality education, care and welfare for children To fulfill legal and statutory requirements To contribute to and implement school policies. To work under the direction of the Headteacher, Inclusion Leader and Class Teachers to become part of a successful team. Who you are Knowledge and understanding of the needs and characteristics of children Experience of resolving problems and handling challenging situations

Experience of managing behaviour effectively

Knowledge and understanding of equal opportunities.
