Knowledge, understanding and practical experience of working with 0-5 years’ age range NNEB, CACHE Level 3,NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in Early Years and Childcare Development Ability to create and maintain timely accurate childcare records and observation records on staff. Ability to motivate and inspire a team, encourage working together and sharing good practice always being open to the team’s ideas and suggestions, making them feel valued and listened to
