Oslo Manager

The Oslo Manager will lead and develop Oslo, our innovative Key Stage 3 Resource Provision Hub, supporting students with SEND, SEMH needs and those experiencing barriers to education. Rooted in the school vision of Healthy Body, Healthy Mind , Oslo combines academic learning, therapeutic support, outdoor education and strong relational practice to help young people re-engage with learning and achieve success. Working closely with the Assistant Headteacher SENCO, Head of Key Stage 3, families and external agencies, you will oversee the day-to-day operation of the provision, ensuring a safe, nurturing and ambitious environment for all students. The role includes leading staff, monitoring attendance, behaviour and progress, coordinating SEND processes, and supporting successful transitions and reintegration into mainstream education.
