Principal: Ms J Schofield | Required: October 2026 | Pastoral Assistant | Permanent | Term Time | 35 hours per week | Level 7, Actual Salary £25,668 to £27,883 The Discovery Academy is seeking to appoint an enthusiastic Pastoral Assistant, to join our strong team of highly motivated professionals who work collaboratively to raise standards and expectations at all levels throughout Key Stages 3 and 4. This is a fantastic opportunity for inspiring and aspirational individuals to join a creative, supportive pastoral team. The successful candidate will support Head of Years in their strategic work with behaviour and attendance. Within their role they will assistant the Head of Year as well as leading and facilitating effective group work and intervention programmes.
