Job description

Grade: 5/6 Dependent on experience or qualifications Contract: Permanent Start date: 3rd September 2026 Hours of work: 3.00pm -5.00pm, Monday - Thursday term time only Rush Common is great because: ‘I love playing with my friends’ ‘Cooking, I love the cooking’ ‘I really enjoyed making paper flowers’ ‘We love playing with lego’ ‘I like reading, especially outside’ We are looking for candidates with: Previous experience of working with young children, or a relevant qualification. Knowledge of safeguarding/child protection procedures is an advantage. Good communication skills. An understanding of play based approaches to children’s learning and development. Knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) is an advantage. Holder of a first aid qualification is an advantage.
