About the role

Meldreth Lookout Club is at the heart of our friendly village community, providing high-quality childcare for children aged 4–11 years. We are seeking a dedicated and experienced playworker to join our dynamic team. This is a fantastic opportunity for passionate childcare professional who is committed to delivering outstanding childcare and education within a nurturing, stimulating, and safe environment. As Playworker, you will:

  • Work as part of a team to provide a safe, stimulating

environment

  • Deliver engaging, creative, child-centred play opportunities
  • Inspire and support a small team of practitioners
  • Ensure high standards of care, learning, and wellbeing
  • Build positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues
