Job description

Site Assistant required for September 2026 Scale 4 (Point 7-10) £30,288 - £31,611 FTE 36 hours over 52 weeks with rotation working pattern (All year round) We are looking to recruit a motivated and effective team player to join a dedicated team of site staff as Site Assistant in our outstanding and well-maintained school. The post-holder will be responsible for the varied duties associated with maintaining and securing our school buildings and premises on our beautiful campus. Our school benefits from and actively contributes to a range of partnerships and we are the lead school for the Bromley Schools’ Collegiate, a School Centred Initial Teacher Training (SCITT) provider for primary and secondary teacher training. Hayes School is a high achieving, oversubscribed school, which provides excellent education for its students as well as exciting opportunities for professional and career development for staff.
