About the role

Waterfield Primary School, part of The Collegiate Trust, is looking for a Premises Manager to keep our buildings, site and grounds safe, secure, clean and well maintained, so that pupils, staff and visitors have a great place to learn. In this full-time, permanent role, you’ll lead on premises health and safety, statutory compliance, security, maintenance and contractor management. You’ll work closely with the Principal and the Trust Estates Team. Day to day, that means carrying out inspections and minor repairs, managing contractors, acting as key holder and keeping our compliance checks up to date. You’ll need practical maintenance experience, a good working knowledge of health and safety, and the ability to stay calm and organised when things go wrong. Experience in a school or similar setting is desirable, and training is provided for driving the school minibus.
