Receptionist

Bexhill Academy is looking for a dynamic individual with either relevant and/or comparable experience with an appetite to learn and assist our support functions to help deliver excellent student outcomes. Your day-to-day role will predominantly be on reception but on you will also assist the marketing and events team with social media, Academy updates and managing information on the Academy website. Managing a busy reception desk, ensuring safeguarding and security is paramount, greeting visitors, answering phones and ensuring messages/information are passed to the correct teams and handling administrative tasks. Working alongside a team of support staff you may support various functions throughout the school based on the level of workload each department has. A key priority for the role is ensuring that work is completed accurately, efficiently and to an excellent standard.
