About the role

Reprographics and First Aid Assistant Bradfield School Grade 3 (Points 5-6) | 37 Hours per Week | 40 Weeks per Year | Permanent Are you highly organised, customer-focused and looking for a varied role where no two days are the same? Bradfield School is seeking a committed Reprographics and First Aid Assistant to join our support staff team. This is a unique opportunity to play a key role in the day-to-day life of a thriving secondary school by providing reprographics services, first aid support and reception cover while helping to create a safe, welcoming and professional environment for our school community.

The Role

As our Reprographics and First Aid Assistant, you will: Manage a high-quality reprographics service for staff across the school, including printing, copying and document production. Monitor stock levels, coordinate equipment servicing and support the effective use of printing technology. Provide first aid to students, staff and visitors, maintaining accurate records and liaising with parents and external agencies when required. Support the maintenance of pupil healthcare plans and medical supplies. Provide reception cover during lunch breaks and other designated times, welcoming visitors and responding to enquiries. Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure the smooth running of the school and contribute positively to the wider life of Bradfield School. About You

We are looking for someone who:

Has excellent organisational and administrative skills. Is confident communicating with young people, parents, visitors and colleagues. Can manage competing priorities and work effectively to deadlines. Has experience using Microsoft Office and is comfortable learning new systems and technologies. Demonstrates patience, empathy and professionalism when supporting pupils. Works well as part of a team whilst also using their own initiative. Shares our commitment to high standards, inclusion and safeguarding. A First Aid qualification or willingness to undertake training would be desirable. Experience of working with young people or within a school environment would be advantageous. Why Join Bradfield School?
