About the role

Required for an immediate start, an enthusiastic, organised, and proactive individual to provide an efficient and high-quality Reprographics service to the school. Working under the direction of the IT Systems Director, the post holder will manage multi-functional printing equipment, fulfil copying and production requests, manage stock levels, and support school staff with document finishing and desktop publishing needs. Candidates should have experience working in a reprographics or administrative environment. You will need excellent attention to detail, strong organisational skills, and a positive, hands-on attitude. Proficiency with reprographics technology, troubleshooting, or desktop publishing software (such as Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, or Adobe Suite) is highly desirable. Experience within a school environment is beneficial, but full training on specific systems will be provided.
