Residential Support Worker

Ranskill Primary School is seeking to appoint a compassionate, patient and dedicated Care Assistant to provide individual support for a pupil with complex neurological and developmental needs and other pupils with differing needs. The successful candidate will work closely with the class teacher, SENDCo and external professionals to ensure all pupils can access learning, participate fully in school life and achieve their full potential within a safe, nurturing and inclusive environment. Ranskill is an academy with new concepts and initiatives, which ensure a broad and engaging curriculum is provided for all, unlocking the potential within every child.
