About the role

Key Responsibilities:

Act as the first point of contact for pupils, parents, staff, visitors and external agencies, providing a professional and welcoming front-of-house service. Manage school communications through email, telephone, digital platforms, parent communication systems and social media channels.

Support the effective use of Microsoft 365 and cloud-based systems for document management, collaboration and information sharing. Lead and support the day-to-day operation of the school office, including the supervision and development of administrative support staff. Maintain confidentiality and ensure compliance with GDPR, data protection requirements and Trust policies. Provide First Aid support, where trained, and assist with pupil welfare needs throughout the school day. Contribute positively to the wider life of the school and support the academy's vision, values and commitment to excellent customer service.

Essential Criteria:

Applicants are required to hold Grade 4 or equivalent in Maths and English

Desirable Criteria:

Previous experience of working within a school environment
