Milton Mount Primary School is a thriving three-form entry primary school with approximately 630 pupils and 90 staff. We are seeking a highly organised, professional and proactive Senior Leadership Team Administrator to provide high-level administrative support to our Senior Leadership Team and play a vital role in the smooth day-to-day operation of the school. This is an exciting and varied role for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities and building positive relationships with staff, parents and external professionals. As SLT Administrator, you will act as a key point of support for the Headteacher, Deputy Headteacher, Assistant Headteachers, SENCo and School Business Manager. The role combines executive-level administration, SEND administration, HR support and project coordination, ensuring the school operates efficiently and effectively.
Managing diaries, meetings and appointments for members of the Senior Leadership Team. Coordinating meetings, preparing documentation and taking accurate minutes. Supporting safeguarding processes and maintaining confidential records. Leading the administration of EHCP annual reviews and SEND documentation. Producing reports and maintaining accurate pupil and staff records. Supporting recruitment, onboarding, staff absence management and training administration. Coordinating staff wellbeing initiatives and school development projects. Providing administrative support across the wider school when required. About You
Has excellent organisational and time-management skills. Can communicate effectively with staff, parents, pupils and external agencies. Is highly proficient in Microsoft Office applications. Has experience working in an administrative office environment. Maintains absolute confidentiality and professionalism. Is proactive, adaptable and able to work independently. Demonstrates a strong commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
Previous experience in a school environment. Knowledge of Arbor or other school information management systems. Understanding of GDPR requirements. Knowledge of safeguarding and education-sector compliance requirements.
