Job description

Good level of secondary education including evidence of GCSEs or equivalent. First aid certificate, or the willingness to gain this qualification. Experience working in a similar administrative role. Able to work collaboratively with others. Excellent organisational and time management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Good level of literacy and numeracy. A positive and flexible attitude to all aspects of the job including enthusiasm, a professional and common-sense approach and a dedication to the interest of the College. An eye for detail and a willingness to improve all aspects of college provision. Proactive, positive and flexible approach to work and taking on new tasks. Ability to ensure work is accurate and delivered so that deadlines are met. High standards of behaviour in the professional role. Commitment to form and maintain appropriate relationships and personal boundaries with young people. Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of young people. Satisfactory enhanced DBS check, Medical Clearance and 2 References.
