Job description

Hours: 37 hours per week, Monday to Thursday, 8.30am to 4.30pm, Friday 8.30am to 4pm with a 30 minute unpaid luch break. We are seeking an experienced, organised, and proactive Lead Administrator to join our dedicated school team. This is a key role within the school, providing high-quality administrative support and leading the day-to-day operation of the school office. The successful candidate will oversee administrative systems and procedures, support school leadership, and ensure the efficient management of pupil, staff, and operational records. As the first point of contact for many visitors, parents, and external agencies, you will play a vital role in creating a welcoming and professional environment. Key Responsibilities Manage the day-to-day operations of the busy school and nursery office. Act as the welcoming, professional first point of contact for parents, visitors, and stakeholders Maintain accurate pupil data, attendance records, and nursery admissions via school management systems. Support the Senior Leadership Team with financial tracking, procurement, and report preparation. Oversee school communication channels, including emails, newsletters, and phone queries.
